Rectory de Fofe: here you will find peace, quiet and wellbeing

The Rectory of Fofe is built on the ruins of the old Rectory House of the parish of Fofe (Covelo), whose first construction dates back to the end of the 17th century. Situated to the south of the Serra do Suido, a protected nature reserve, the Rectory overlooks the Val de Tielas, formed by the upper course of the Tea River.

The Rectory, its history, parlors, gardens, swimming pool and surroundings

The Rectory’s stately atmosphere is embodied in unique architectural features in which granite is predominant. The complex made up of the Fortified Tower, the Courtyard and the Corridor, all sheltered by solemn, ancient oaks, is especially lovely.
